RCI provided professional engineering services on the Regency at Summerlin single family residential subdivision located within Clark County, Nevada. The project was developed in six (6) units with approximately 440 single family residential lots. The project encompassed design for entry/amenity area, 23 lot model home complex and the remaining production lots. RCI provided grading plans/detail sections/profiles, technical drainage study, civil improvement plans, and lot fit for each of the six (6) units. Other professional services provided included:

  • Conceptual Drainage / Utilities

  • Water System Network Analysis

  • Improvement Plans and Final Map

  • Amenity On-Site Improvement Plans

  • Guard House On-Site Improvement Plans

  • Off-Site Sewer Improvement Plans

  • Easement packages

  • Traffic Queuing Analysis

  • Stockpile Plan/Permit

  • Streetlight Plans

  • Fire Hydrant Plan

RCI processed all applications, submittals and approvals through applicable governmental agencies; attended all agencies meetings including submittal, staff review and public hearings. Developer won a Silver Nugget Award for best age-restricted model with its Marble Bluff home in its Regency at Summerlin community.
